Galaxy Audio's SAYBLA4-0 is a black yoke bracket for their LA4PM Line Array system.

This Galaxy Audio Yoke Bracket is used for permanently mounting LA4D speaker cabinets to walls or ceilings. The mounting angle can be selected by choosing the appropriate screw holes in the yoke. This bracket should be used only on a secure and stable surface.
