Product Overview
A high-quality, long-reach 4K @60Hz (4:2:0) HDBaseT distributor, Kramer's VM-218DT processes either an HDMI or a long-reach HDBaseT input (selectable), equalizing and reclocking it, then distributes it to up to 8 identical long-reach HDBaseT outputs—each with its own RS-232/IR control signals. Additionally, it includes a loop HDMI output as well as an audio de-embedding (extraction) to an unbalanced stereo analog port. As an integrated extender/distributor, it performs re-extension and distribution of native long-reach HDBaseT signals with up to 4K video resolution.
