Product Overview

An instrument pickup microphone system — in this case specially-designed for use with pianos, the Audio-Technica ATM350PL UniMount® mounting system gives you the tools to perform with confidence. This system features the ATM350a cardioid condenser microphone, a high-SPL (sound pressure level) mic that delivers a clear, well-balanced audio response from any instrument. When it's used with the included AT8491P magnetic piano mount plus the strong, flexible AT8490L 9" gooseneck, this mic can be securely affixed to any metal portion of the piano, and positioned to stay where you want it.

The ATM350a mic’s polar pattern isolates desired instrument's signal through the reduction of side and rear pickup, and its switchable 80 Hz high-pass filter on the in-line power module helps control undesired low-frequency (LF) noise. This system also includes an AT8468 violin mount with hook-and-loop fastener as well. and a protective carrying case.
