The Design Series' Frequent Flyer presents a lightweight, tour-sized, professional-quality drum set tailored for jazz or funk players. Crafted with 100% North American 8-ply maple shells utilizing HVLT grain orientation technology, these drums boast a blend of warmth, punch, and satisfying resonance. The hardware is equipped with low-mass mini-turret lugs, triple-flange hoops, STM (Suspension Tom Mounts) to minimize tension on mounted toms, and a MAG throw-off for quick in-play snare adjustments. This shell pack comprises an 8x12" mounted tom, 11x14" floor tom, 12x20" kick drum, and 5x14" snare drum.
