The Mipro ACT-848-5NU stands as a technologically advanced 4-channel rack-mount wireless diversity receiver, housed within a 1U metal chassis. Featuring a VFD screen, monitor headphone jack, and a rotary control knob, the control panel provides intuitive access. Consistent with other series, its operation and display mode offer familiarity. Leveraging the Avlex Auto Scan and ACT™ function, the transmitter's frequency synchronizes precisely and rapidly with the receiver. With a bandwidth upgrade to 72 MHz through a new circuit design, the receiving range significantly improves, allowing for a greater number of interference-free compatible channels.

Group 7, a user-defined group, enables users to choose and save up to 16 channels from 2,881 available frequencies.
- Individual Channel Control: Each channel provides a separate AF signal output and presets the output level to match the sensitivity of the microphone capsule. Three switchable levels ensure proper microphone operation within the correct sensitivity and dynamic range, preventing distortion.
- DSP Audio Processor: Features a proprietary DSP audio processor and A/D converter, maintaining sound quality comparable to wired systems.
- Antenna Enhancement: Antenna TNC female connectors supply bias for MIPRO antenna systems, enhancing the receiving range and signal stability.
- Software Compatibility: Optional MIPRO RCS2.Net software enables real-time network remote control and monitoring of up to 64 channels. Additional FSA compatible channels calculator software allows users to manually set compatible channels for any frequency band.
