The Shure MX395 Microflex is a cardioid boundary microphone designed for sound-reinforcement and teleconferencing installations. It can be permanently installed on conference tables, desks, or lecterns. With a low-profile design, it's ideal for environments where minimal microphone visibility is desired. The AL-O-LED model features a bi-color LED ring for quick at-a-glance confirmation of mute status. The omnidirectional polar pattern captures clear speech from all participants seated around the table with a natural ambient feel. The microphone includes a built-in low-cut filter to reduce low-frequency table noise. It features CommShield technology for electrical interference resistance. The MX395AL/C has a silver finish, a 5-pin XLR connector, and requires 11-52V phantom power for operation.
