Ayrton proudly presents Levante™, an impressively downsized variant of the Bora wash light, built upon the same innovative concept. While retaining a dramatically compact footprint, Levante packs remarkable performance capabilities, sure to captivate the most discerning lighting designers. The "S" version, weighing a mere 22 kg, boasts light output exceeding 20,000 lumens while consuming only 300 W. With its spherical frontal 138 mm lens, and a proprietary optical system comprising 13 lenses specifically tailored for wash applications, Levante offers an extraordinary zoom ratio of over 8:1 and a remarkable zoom range spanning from 6.9° to 57°. The optics generate a consistently uniform flat beam with no discernible hot spots, ensuring flawless color mixing regardless of the chosen color combination. Ayrton has engineered a wash luminaire that can sculpt light itself and integrated a high-transmission diffusion filter into the zoom lens group to seamlessly soften the beam's edge without altering its angle. For precise diffusion adjustments, a variable linear frost system has been developed. Furthermore, a new barndoor module allows the four shutter blades to be freely positioned across the entire surface area, enabling framing of any object, irrespective of the luminaire's orientation.
The "TC" version, designed for scenarios demanding impeccable color rendition, boasts a native color rendering index exceeding 90, alongside high TM30 readings.
Levante arrives with a rich set of features right from the factory, featuring a barndoor module, a CMY color mixing system, complemented by a variable CTO, and a wheel with seven complementary colors that together create an extensive palette of vibrant pastels and saturated hues. The luminaire includes a 15-blade iris diaphragm and a wheel with seven indexable rotating gobos as standard equipment. An ultra-compact high-output 550 W power supply drives eight additional motors in the barndoor system, neatly fitting into the same format as Mistral. Levante features a highly efficient phase-change liquid cooling system that employs a heat pipe and offers an exceptionally silent ventilation mode, purposefully designed for stage and studio applications.
