The DDA208 Dual 1x4 Digital Audio Distribution Amplifiers ensure precise transmission of digital audio data conforming to AES3-1992 and IEC 958 standards. With isolated dual inputs and four independent outputs, the unit efficiently distributes AES audio signals. The internal switch allows users to choose between re-clocking and non-re-clocking modes, enhancing signal fidelity. The DDA208 supports AES signals with sample rates from 27 to 192kHz and 16-bit to 24-bit densities, enabling distribution of high-resolution signals. It operates within a 110-ohm balanced shielded twisted pair system using XLR connectors and features switchable line termination, typically terminating at the last AES input.
