Sound Devices A20-MINI Miniature Digital Wireless Transmitter, 470-694MHz

The A20-Mini digital wireless transmitter was designed with state-of-the-art production features to deliver the quality and rock-solid performance you've come to expect from Sound Devices.

Made for in the field production, the A20-mini can be fully controlled via the remote companion app. Control frequency and RF power, turn the Mini on and off, start and stop recording, mute the microphone, format the media, view the status of all your Minis, and more. The A20 fits seamlessly into your current Sound Devices production system with its GainForward Architecture, allowing you to set the Mini's gain, low-cut, and limiter via trim controls on 8-Series mixers (sold separately). The A20-Mini is also compatible with the A10 wireless system from Sound Devices.

A worldwide tuning range of 470MHz to 694MHz, a full 10 Hz – 20 kHz bandwidth with 100% digital RF modulation and transmission means the A20 works wherever you do and provides dropout-free audio every time. The Mini's integrated 32-bit floating-point 48k recorder with 64 GB of storage allows you to capture over 80 hours of high-quality audio directly to the transmitter. The recorded WAV files can then be transferred where desired via USB-C or converted using the SD-Utility.

A must for multi-camera shoots or dialog replacement, the Mini's ultra-accurate 0.2 ppm internal timecode generator can be jammed via USB-C with negligible drift over 24-hours, giving you one less problem to solve in post-production.

Perfect on location or in the field, the A20 is water-resistant and can be powered by off-the-shelf rechargeable or AAA batteries with no need for an adapter. A Sony NP-BX1 Li-ion battery can also be used and recharged using the Mini's USB-C port.
