The long narrow form of the SB-ST-140X30 provides a high degree of directional control and dramatically softens the output of a light source. It’s designed to illuminate a “strip” of the subject with limited light spill and is ideal for side-lighting in portraiture, accenting bikes and cars, and photographing reflective objects. The SB-ST-140X30 includes a Bowens style speed ring mount, making it compatible with an extensive range of LED, strobe, and constant light sources.
