Avid S4-24-5 24 Touch Fader Semi-Modular EUCON Control Surface with 5' Base

The S4 series is a semi-modular digital console designed to give smaller facilities a budget-friendly way to bring the power of Avid's industry-standard S6 mixing system to their projects.

If your focus is music, sound design, post-production, audio education, or all of the above, the S4 is flexible enough to take any project from start to finish your way.

The S4 system starts with your choice of base systems consisting of up to 3 channel strip modules (24 faders max), a master touch module, master automation module, and a frame. Choose a base configuration and add additional modules to customize for your specific needs. Available options are display modules, joystick modules, post modules and, attention knob modules allowing you to truly create "your" perfect console.

The S4-24-5 is configured with three channel strip modules, one master touch module and one master automation module in a 5-foot frame.

Equipped with Avid's EUCON Ethernet control protocol, S4 gives you hands-on access and control over a host of software functions, parameters, and project navigation so you can deliver higher quality productions in less time. Optional display modules provide unparalleled visual feedback of your mix, including Pro Tools waveforms and advanced metering. From track names, channel metering, automation statuses, and plugin settings, to gain reduction meters, EQ graphs, and scrolling Pro Tools waveforms. Everything you need to create better and faster. S4 supports up to 4 display modules so your eyes can support your ears when making critical mix decisions.

If you work with more than one DAW S4 has you covered. Allowing you to work with Cubase, Logic Pro, Nuendo, and others, the S4 is not Pro Tools exclusive. In fact, you can mix tracks from two separate DAWs simultaneously. S4 says welcome to hybrid mixing.
