The DigiWave DWS-COM-4-400 wireless intercom system provides contactless two-way communication for up to four users within a 600-foot range. The system includes four DLT 400 full-duplex transceivers, four headset microphones, four power supply packs, a carry case, and silicone skins for the transceivers. Employing the same DSS frequency-hopping technology found in cell phones, the system offers an interference-free and highly secure method of communication. Using DSS, the DigiWave 400 transmits in the 2.4 GHz ISM band rapidly and randomly switching frequencies resulting in a signal that dodges common wireless anomalies and makes it extremely difficult for third parties to listen in. The single muff on-ear headsets connect to the transceiver's 3.5mm jack and feature an adjustable swivel mic boom. There is also an external microphone input to accommodate a preferred microphone or headset. The DWS-COM-4-400 supports up to four simultaneous talkers and unlimited listeners (additional receivers/transceivers sold separately) with configurability for two-way or one-way communication giving you the flexibility to cover multiple applications.
