The FAP63T-WEGS Strategy III is a 6.5” coaxial ceiling speaker with an edgeless square white grille and was designed with new install technology.

To meet today’s requirements for superb sounding audio to enrich customer’s experience, the FAP63T-WEGS incorporates an improved waveguide design to provide wider coverage than previous models. This requires fewer speakers per install and still maintains uniform sound while saving on cost. The low-frequency tuning port was optimized to increase low-frequency response and provide deeper bass definition.

The FAP63T-WEGR features AtlasIED’s new Safety First Mounting System (SFMS). This technology eliminates mounting tab damage during installation that other models suffer. This damage is often caused by over torqueing during the installation process which can damage the mounting tabs and, over time, can increase the chance of the tabs breaking and the speaker falling from the ceiling. AtlasIED’s new SFMS mounting system uses T-handles that are integrated into the front of the speaker baffle to tighten the mounting tabs in materials as thin as sheet metal and as thick as ¾”. The new mounting system also results in up to 60% faster installation times and lower labor costs. No tools are needed to mount the speaker and a front-mounted 70V tap selector allows installers to quickly adjust and set the 70V power taps.
