The SYSTEM-500 531 MIX brings modern features and an updated approach to Roland's vintage SYSTEM-100m's 131 output module. Thanks to its six high-quality inputs that each boast a level slider, pan knob, and mute button, the SYS-531 is perfect for mixing mono or stereo preamp signals. High-fidelity, low-noise signals ensure your modular rig sounds exactly as it should. The pan knobs are CV controlled, allowing you to create interesting stereo effects. At the end of the signal chain is a boutique-quality stereo preamp, bringing your levels up to where they need to be; abusing the preamp can lead to fun overdriven tones, too. Lastly, listen to the preamp signal via the 1/8" or 1/4" headphone jack which has a dedicated volume knob.
