Operating in the license-free 2.4GHz range, the 2-channel MB340ES portable base station forms the core of an intercom system that can easily expand to meet your needs.

Stable and reliable communication should be at the heart of any intercom system. The MB340ES is designed to provide uninterrupted communication through transmitting the signal twice at separate times and frequencies and choosing the strongest signal from each antenna. Lost packet concealment is also employed which guards against data loss by digitally rebuilding dropped information so critical dialog is not missed. And that critical dialog will stay confidential since the MB340ES uses 64-bit encryption.

Standard 4 wire com wiring is used to provide easy integration into almost any existing intercom or base radio system. in addition to integration, the MB340ES is built for expansion. RJ-45 connectors are provided to allow for 7 feet of connectivity between two MB340ES stations providing for up to 30 users. The station also supports full-duplex (bi-directional communication) and half-duplex (push-to-talk) beltpacks.
