Electro-Voice ZX1i-90T 8" 200W 2-Way Passive Speaker Install, Black or White

The ZX1i-90T from Electro-Voice lives up to the standard when it comes to combining no-compromise audio performance with versatility in a compact, easy-to-install package. It's a high-tech enclosure that uses injection-molded high-impact ABS resin to make the it extremely durable. The enclosure's geometry has been thoughtfully and deliberately engineered to offer maximum rigidity and acoustic performance. Its velocity-compensated port design overcomes the limitation of many small cabinet loudspeakers and enables excellent low-frequency response. There are 2 rotatable-horn coverage patterns available: 90° x 50° for longer throw and cluster applications, and 100° x 100° for broad, even dispersion. A multilayer grille with hydrophobic cloth and weatherized components enables both indoor and outdoor use, plus an optional weatherized input panel cover with a gland nut is available (sold separately) for additional protection.

Installation is quick and easy with the included QuickSAM mounting system, allowing the installer to simply snap the speaker onto the bracket, and then tighten it up to the desired position. For array mounting, there's an optional AB-ZE array bracket kit (sold separately) which allows multiple units to be mounted together in an array of configurations. The uni’s long excursion, high-output 8" woofer with weatherized-treated cone delivers smooth low-frequency performance with exceptional dependability. A sophisticated crossover network integrates it with the DH2005, a 1.25" voice coil true-compression driver for maximum output with extended frequency response. Full-bandwidth overload protection is provided for reliable, long term operation without audible effect. It also includes the incorporation of patented ASC (Automatic Saturation Compensation) technology to prevent transformer saturation at low frequencies.

The ZX1i-90 comes in your choice of Black or White.
