The sleek round design of the M1000R sound masking speaker make it ideal for office spaces with open ceiling designs where sound masking is used to enhance speech privacy. Its non-reflective black surface and round shape blends in well with painted ductwork, lighting, and other overhead suspended devices.

The M1000R is a factory assembled package consisting of a high-efficiency 8-inch paper cone transducer matched to a 70.7V transformer in the “AtlasIED 382 cubic inch round enclosure. System levels are easily set via an external tap selector switch that includes settings for .25, .5, 1, 2, and 4 watts plus an “off” position. Installation is facilitated by the included 78-inch suspension chain system for quick mounting and height adjustment. The enclosure incorporates an integral wire strain relief for secure speaker cable termination.
