JVC GY-HC500SPC 4K CONNECTED CAM Handheld Professional Camcorder with 1.0" CMOS Sensor

The GY-HC500SPC is part of JVC's CONNECTED CAM™ family of products, with unparalleled connectivity while delivering broadcast quality HD and 4k images. The GY-HC500SPC has the added appeal of including an integrated lower-third and full-screen titling option for recorded or streamed video output without an external CG. The GY HC500SPC offers professionally designed, high-resolution score overlays for a number of sports, and users can add logos or icons to customize graphics.

With the Sportzcast Scorebot4100 Scoreboard Interface Unit scores can be input manually with a tablet, or automatically, straight from your facility's scoreboard with Scorebot. Your camera produces the high resolution lower third graphics with network quality, and overlays them on pristine video that can be recorded and streamed directly from the camera. Another benefit of the JVC GY-HC500SPC is that it's compatible with DV Sport and XOS Digital technologies used by coaches and team managers to take advantage of the camera's unique sports metadata capability and Sports Exchange recording format for critical video analysis.

JVC's GY-HC500SPC also has the same steadfast qualities of the 500 series of streaming handheld camcorders - recording to SSD (solid state drive) media in 10-bit ProRes 422 at 4K resolution and 50/60p frame rates, recording several other native 4K UHD and HD file formats to support a wide range of workflows. Other series features include a 1-inch 4K CMOS imager and integrated 20x zoom lens with built-in ND filters and manual zoom, focus, and iris control rings. And for creative flexibility, the camera records HDR footage in the HLG (hybrid log gamma) mode or 10-bit J-Log mode, and support 120 fps slow-motion HD recording.
