Product Overview
With a slim design that'll compliment any interior décor, the VXL1B-16P is a line source column speaker from Yamaha—part of their VXL Series P series. It utilizes 16x 1.5" drivers, is compatible with Dante™ audio networks, and uses a slim line-array configuration for settings that demand vocal clarity that impose numerous constraints on space, and require both functionality and a sense of design. The line array design configuration places the audio sources linearly to reduce sound dispersion in the vertical direction, therby limiting reflections from the ceiling and walls.
With audio distributed via a Dante network and PoE (Power over Ethernet) power* supplied from a PoE-compliant L2 switch, this speaker system can be constructed as a network, allowing existing IT infrastructure to be effectively utilized. Simple wiring via LAN cables, easy installation, and no need for a power amp contribute to the flexibility of installation, allowing you to construct an elegant sound system that will not interfere with the design of the conference room.
