Turbosound NuQ82-AN 8" 2-Way Active Loudspeaker with ULTRANET, 600W

Available in your choice of either Black or White finish, the 2-way, full-range NuQ82-AN is a 600 Watt, 8" powered loudspeaker system that's ideally suited for a broad range of portable and fixed-installation speech and music sound reinforcement applications. It's designed to operate individually without a controller, and provides optimal performance for front-of-house (FOH), sidefill and delay line loudspeakers use, and is an outstanding choice for wedge monitoring applications as well. It also offers the versatility to accommodate venue-specific installation requirements.

It includes an 8" low frequency (LF) driver with a low-mass voice coil for enhanced transient response, and an aluminium dome 1" neodymium high frequency (HF) compression driver, which is mounted on a rotatable 100° horizontal by 60° vertical dispersion converging elliptical waveguide.

This model includes ULTRANET digital audio networking compability, offering up to 16 independent 24-bit digital audio channels plus control data, all transmitted via a single CAT5 cable between compatible digital devices – including mixers, I/O (input/output) stage boxes, powered loudspeakers and personal monitoring systems. Simplified cable routing and ease of setup directly translates into significant installation time savings realized, also contributing to its versatility for accommodating venue-specific requirements.

Output power is provided by means of an efficient and lightweight KLARK TEKNIK 600-Watt Class-D power amplifier. A sophisticated, yet easy-to-use KLARK TEKNIK Digital Signal Processor (DSP) provides dynamic EQ for impressive full-range response at low volume levels, along with transparent limiting for clarity at high output levels, plus long-term reliability.
