The LYD 7 from Dynaudio features advanced, sophisticated Digital Signal Processing that extends or curtails the low-frequency response by 10 Hz where needed, while both Position and Sound Balance ensure better quality performance in any environment. The LYD 7's larger 7" woofer helps extend bass response, and it has a ferrite magnet system with vented pole piece for accurate driver control. Additionally, its large-diameter voice coil surrounds the magnet for superior linearity. The aluminium voice coil and wire are low-mass, providing quick and accurate transient response. To ensure the ideal mix between stiffness, weight, and dampening for unrivalled accuracy, Dynaudio molds the diaphragm and dust cap into one piece with their proprietary Magnesium Silicate Polymer.

The LYD series excels at low-volume precision, making them great for the smaller setups, edit rooms, and home studios.
