Great platforms...i also bought the Meinl but they only give 1/8" elevation for sound to escape, kind of ridiculous, so i put rubber strips on them for better sound and so the drums wont slide...the LP's are ridiculously expensive imho but they do the job well...the handling hole is helpful too..
