Apollo Design Technology AP-GEL-4630 "Kablueie" 20" x 24" Gel Sheet

Production companies and photographic markets use these plastic filters to add color to stage scenery and to provide color correction for theatre, film, and television. Gel creates mood by changing the color shade of light. Apollo Design Technology offers the AP-GEL-4630, which is the "Kablueie"-colored 20" x 24" standard gel sheet which offers a nice neutral blue, is good for pale moonlight, and can be used for nighttime cloud gobos. Designed for short-term use, usually 6-10 hours.

There are two widely-accepted gel manufacturing processes: double-coated and deep dyed. Apollo gel is double-coated because many designers appreciate the color consistency found in the double-coated process.
