The Intelix AVO-A2-F is an ultra-high performance audio balun designed for applications where audio quality is critical, such as high-end residential and broadcast. Used in pairs, the AVO-A2-F is the perfect solution for transmitting two channels of analog audio over structured cabling, such as CAT 5. Simply place an AVO-A2-F at each eng of the cable run and connect the source and destination devices.

I´ve used this baluns about 14 years ago when Intelix was an independant company with a broad range of productos, then for many years I used audio baluns from Niles until they were discountinued. After I researched all the options on the marked and testing a few of them, I decided to settle on this one due to the high quality audio and long distance capability.

I used Niles C5-A2 and C5-A2WM for many years, they were excellent but are now discontinued. After checking many alternative options I found this are the best replacements for the C5-A2, unfortunately the replacment for the C5-A2WM, the AVO-A2-WP110, has been discontinued.
