Whirlwind FP-1BB Backbox for FP-1

Whirlwind's FP-1BB is a 4" deep backbox for their FP-1. It's made of 11-Gauge steel and its flush installation allow for safe, reliable connections. Each unit incorporates a black carpet trim ring with a beveled edge and two cable-clearance slots in the door that allow it to close over cables when in use.

Interchangeable end panels are supplied. One is solid metal which allows the user to punch or drill it to their own individual specifications. The other is pre-punched to accept four Whirlwind XLR or TRS jacks. The FP-1 has one interchangeable panel on one end.

The bottom plates are also removable to facilitate additional hole punching and connector mounting. Any or all of these may be ordered custom punched and/or loaded by Whirlwind.
