- Advanced Auditorium Body: With the concept of Advanced Acoustics - "Reimagining Acoustic Experience" in mind, we carefully designed the new body shape of the Advanced Auditorium, drawing on our research into the general Auditorium body shape. After many rounds of prototyping, the Advanced Auditorium body has a slightly wider waist, which has been moved slightly towards the neck. Thanks to these changes, this shape delivers a richer low mids and better body to weight balance, which conventional Auditorium bodies tend to lack.
- X-M Bracing for AAM Series: Following over two years of trial, research, and prototyping, Ibanez introduced its exclusive X-M bracing tailored for Advanced Auditorium guitar bodies, optimizing sound for both stage and studio. The precisely crafted scalloped X-M bracing, tone braces, and finger braces effectively transmit string vibrations from the bridge to the body. This design ensures a broad dynamic range and exceptional response, with slightly scooped mids for improved tonal balance and treble clarity akin to steel strings while retaining the warmth of nylon strings.
- Solid Sitka Spruce Top: Solid Sitka Spruce top provides an enormous frequency range that offers wave after wave of shimmering highs along with tight mids and a full-bodied low end.
- Sapele Back and Sides: Sapele back and sides offer a full-bodied and warm mid-range and a bright tone.
- Low Oval Grip Okoume Neck: The Low Oval neck grip facilitates easy chord strumming.
