Introducing KOMODO-X™—the next evolution in the KOMODO family, with improved frame rates, dynamic range, and usability.

Featuring a redesigned 6K S35 Global Shutter sensor, KOMODO-X delivers enhanced detail, color in shadows, and double the frame rates at 6K 80P and 4K 120P.

With enhanced body and I/O, KOMODO-X shares features with the DSMC3™ line while maintaining a compact form factor. It includes an integrated micro V-Lock for direct attachment of professional micro V-Lock batteries and compatibility with the RED Pro I/O Module.

The reinforced RF lens mount with a locking mechanism allows toolless switching between lens mount types and is fully compatible with /i PL lenses using the RED RF to PL Adapter.

Featuring 12G SDI, full-sized DC-IN, USB Type-C, and a phantom-powered locking audio connector, KOMODO-X seamlessly integrates into professional workflows. It supports DSMC3™ RED 5-Pin to Single 3.5mm Adapter or the DSMC3™ RED 5-Pin to Dual XLR Adapter for microphones.

With an integrated 2.9" LCD and support for the DSMC3™ RED Touch 7.0" LCD, KOMODO-X provides simplified control, image preview, and high-resolution monitoring options.

KOMODO-X is a powerful platform for IP-based workflows, supporting USB Type-C, built-in Wi-Fi, remote control, IP media offloading, and frame-accurate synchronization for multi-camera LED volume productions.

Additionally, KOMODO-X supports RED Connect, enabling live broadcasting of 6K images directly from the camera over IP.
