Built on the same sample and synthesis technology that drives the venerable Yamaha MONTAGE, the MODX6+ delivers stunningly realistic acoustic instrument and drum sounds in addition to highly-programmable synth sounds. Take control of your synthesis with Yamaha's AWM2 (Advanced Wave Memory 2) engine. Featuring eight programmable synths with 18 filter types for each of the sixteen available AWM2 parts, the MODX6+ provides limitless possibilities. Mold and shape your sound with envelope generators, LFOs, EQ, and effects. Go from classic '80s DX7 sounds to today's driving EDM patches and everywhere in between, thanks to exclusive FM-X morphing architecture. The lightweight, compact semi-weightd 61-key MODX6+ is also compatible with sound libraries from the Motif series and DX7. The MODX6+ also easily integrates with Cubase or any AU-compatible DAW (sold separately) and functions as a 4-in/10-out USB audio interface for use on stage, studio, or stream.
