The three-way design encompasses a 1.75" neodymium compression driver equipped with a constant directivity waveguide, an 8" cone midrange driver integrated into a phase-coherent waveguide, and a high-power 15" woofer. Whether utilized as a standalone speaker, flown in a rigging configuration, paired with another NX 985-A, or combined with the RCF SUB 8008-AS subwoofer, the NX 985-A consistently delivers extreme SPL output across the entire frequency range, exhibiting exceptional performance and reliability.
