Atlona Technologies AT-OCS-900N Network-Enabled Occupancy Sensor

The Atlona AT-OCS-900N is a network-enabled multi-function sensor designed for use in a wide variety of AV automation applications. The AT-OCS-900N is a ceiling mounted sensor which uses passive infrared (PIR) technology to detect occupancy within the coverage area. The AT-OCS-900N utilizes an IP network to communicate with certain Atlona products or the Atlona Velocity system to automatically control AV components based on whether the space is occupied. It comes with two lenses that cover approximately 900 ft2 or 2,000 ft2 based on ceiling height. A blinder insert is included that can limit the sensor’s field of view, preventing detection in unwanted areas such as doorways or windows with heavy cross traffic. The AT-OCS-900N features simple installation by Power over Ethernet (PoE), which provides both communications and power over a single cable as well as spring-loaded clamps that secure the sensor to a ceiling tile.

Compatible with the AT-WAVE-101 or Velocity to control AV system startup or shutdown based on room occupancy automatically. The AT-OCS-900N is also capale of capturing temperature and ambient light levels to allow for the information to be communicated to other Atlona products and third-party systems over the network.
