Klover MiK 16 SS MiK 16" Sound Shield Parabolic Collector

The KM-16-SS sound shield parabolic collector turns your current omni or wide cardioid microphone into a long-range audio gathering tool. Designed for broadcast and law enforcement applications, the MiK-16 can increase a microphone's pickup distance by up to 250 feet in ideal conditions. This sound shield version is designed for stationary mount applications. The included rear shield reduces the transfer of sound coming from behind the collector.

The Klover Mik 16 is designed from a highly reflective ballistics-grade plastic resulting in a full-range audio signal. Vibration insulation bushings have been added to all attachments and handles to eliminate operator transferred noise.

Safety is paramount at Klover so the MiK 26 is built from carbon fiber that cushes upon impact leaving no sharp or brittle pieces. Plus, all protruding studs have been removed from the front of the dish.

A microphone is not sold with the collector, an electronic pickup or microphone must be installed to capture audio.
