Providing a simple cost-effective option when adding live audio capture to conference rooms, the EasyUSB MicPOD I/O package contains a pair of ceiling microphones and an audio interface. Equally effective in retrofit situations and initial installs, the MicPOD I/O interface connects between the CeilingMICs and any professional audio mixer.
The CeilingMIC has a three-element array head that provides 360-degree pickup for even coverage with integrated echo cancellation resulting in clear audio capture even in ambient rooms. DSP (digital signal processing) of EQ, filtering, and auto-gain control along with the echo cancellation yield crystal clear conference calls. The DSP can also be fine-tuned using Vaddio's desktop configuration tool.
The MicPOD I/O allows the connection of up to four CeilingMICs (2 additional mics sold separately) giving you the ability to easily cover large conference spaces and deliver clear concise audio. The mic can be deployed with drop-tile ceilings or open-ceiling environments and with its pendant design, smooth lines, and white acoustic fabric wrap, CeilingMIC D looks like it belongs with any decor.
