Canon CR-N500 4K NDI PTZ Camera with 15x Zoom, 1.0-Inch CMOS Sensor
The Canon CR-N500 PTZ camera uses a combination of a 1-inch CMOS sensor and DIGIC DV 6 image processor to produce outstanding 4K and HD image quality ideal for corporate events, houses of worship, education, broadcast, and more.
The CR-N500 can be remotely controlled via IP, IR, or wirelessly using Wi-Fi. It also supports Canon’s new XC Protocol, NDI/HX Live Video Production Protocol, Real-Time Messaging Streaming Protocol, Standard (VISCA) Protocol and more.

Canon CR-N500 Features:
- DIGIC DV 6 Image Processor to provide the image processing power and speed to enable features like 4K UHD video acquisition and precise Dual Pixel CMOS AF
- 1.0 Type CMOS Sensor to capture remote and discreet professional 4K UHD video at 30P and up to 60fps in Full HD.
- Dual Pixel CMOS AF determines the focusing position by the phase difference enabling quick focusing by driving the focusing lens smoothly. This provides effective AF tracking even during panning, tilting, or zooming.
- Face Detection and Tracking feature to aid in confirming focus
- Over Sampling HD Processing for beautiful high-definition full HD video.
- Canon 4K UHD Lens with 15x optical zoom and wide viewing angle of 73-degrees (horizontal).
- Variable Pan/Tilt speed of .1° – 100°/second. The operator can adjust the speed for best results.
- Integrates IP Streaming easily with RJ45 interface dedicated to IP communication.
- IP, HDMI, and SDI output interfaces. IP and HDMI are suitable for capturing UHD 4K at 30P or full HD at 59.94P. The SDI output is capable of full HD resolution and is suitable when high image quality video at 59.94P is required.
- Standard Serial RS-422 terminal for connecting 3rd party controllers that support the standard (VISCA) protocol communication.
- 2-Channel XLR audio and an internal stereo mini-jack mic terminal for recording high-quality audio
- Genlock equipped to allow for sync with other systems in multi-camera environments.
