Yamaha's unique Twisted Flare Port design creates smooth air-flow for bass frequencies, reducing added speaker noise common in standard port design. Input options include XLR/TRS combo connectors for direct input from a +4dB mixer or other professional equipment and RCA jacks for use with -10dB conventional gear. Tone controls let you optimize the sound for your monitoring environment and effectively compensate for frequency imbalances caused by speaker placement or room resonance.

At 7.9 pounds, the MSP3A is portable and easy to re-position and also come with threaded holes that can be used to attach an optional bracket (sold separately) for ceiling or wall mounting. The MSP3A can also be mounted on a standard mic stand using the BMS-10A adapter (sold separately).
