The 58's versatility is legendary as it can be used to effectively track percussion or guitar as well as vocals. A highly effective, built-in spherical filter minimizes wind and breath "pop" noise. The 24-bit/192kHz converters in Focusrite's Scarlett Solo will take every nuance and detail the 58 picks up and transfer it to your tracks. A high-performance USB audio interface, the Scarlett Solo features an advanced third-generation mic preamp with a switchable Air setting that imparts a brighter, more open sound to your vocal recordings. Record bass or guitar without unwanted distortion or clipping, thanks to the high-headroom, high-impedance input equipped with Gain Halo metering that provides intuitive input level adjustment. Combined with hum-free balanced outputs, audio playback stays clean when connected to studio monitors or your included SRH240A headphones.
Shure's SRH240A headphones deliver full bass and detailed highs from the enclosed 40 mm neodymium dynamic drivers. An over-ear design creates the isolation you need for studio recording and mixing. These headphones are calibrated for use with consumer and professional audio devices and come with a threaded 1/4" (6.3 mm) nickel-plated adapter making the SRH240As compatible with most devices.
