The SmartLink® Adapter, an innovative component, serves as the ideal foundation for the CURV 500® system. It incorporates a patented click mechanism that enables the seamless connection of up to 6 satellites without the need for any cables. This feature facilitates flexible configurations and eliminates cable clutter. The adapter is equipped with two 16 mm flanges, allowing for adjustable angles when placed on a stand. Consequently, depending on the chosen assembly option, an optimized sound output can be achieved.

For further versatility, the SmartLink® Adapter is designed with four M6 threads for wall mounting, four M3 threads for ceiling installation, and four rubber feet, enabling a broad range of mounting possibilities. The adapter supports two input options through its Speakon-compatible socket and terminal block. This versatility allows for convenient connectivity based on specific requirements.

In the case of ceiling mounting, the LD Systems logo on the adapter can be easily rotated to ensure proper orientation. The cabinet itself is constructed from powder-coated die-cast aluminum and measures 122 x 57 x 122 mm in dimensions. Despite its robust build, the adapter remains lightweight, weighing only 0.54 kg.
