DPA Microphones offers the black 4080 miniature cardioid lavalier microphone with hardwired TA4F connector, designed for speech reproduction in broadcast, conference, live applications, studio or field recording. It is acoustically pre-equalized with a 4 dB presence boost, which matches the microphone's chest placement accurately.

The DPA 4080 microphone captures the human voice with a high degree of definition and offers maximum side rejection and natural sonic focus on the subject. The microphone cable is 3.9' in length and terminates to a TA4F connector that is compatible with Shure wireless systems. It can be clipped to both left- and right-buttoned shirts and includes black and white pop filters.
