DAS UX-218 2x18" Passive Subwoofer, 2200W

This 2x18" passive subwoofer from DAS is designed to deliver powerful room-filling low end to your House of Worship, club, or live sound event.

The UX-218 can handle 2200 watts RMS (average over time) power to drive a pair of 18" subwoofers that'll place the thump directly in their chest.

The kind of low end that drives the entire performance no matter what the performance is, the UX-218 has 4" voice coils that use every bit of available power to drive the tandem 18" woofers. The sandwich-split design of the coils delivers superior heat dissipation, leading to better peak handling, greater efficiency, and increased service time.

With all that knee-buckling output, DAS knew the cabinets had to deliver the sonically pure low frequency that was being produced, while still holding up to life on the road. To that end, the UX-218 enclosures are constructed using 21 mm Birch plywood with extensive internal bracing to eliminate unwanted resonances. The 218's external durability is enhanced by finishing the cabinets with the robust DAS ISO-flex protective coating.
