This 8 XLR/TRS Combo input 12-track audio recorder with USB Audio Interface is complimented with Sound Devices’ hand-crafted, crystal-clear, ultra low-noise Kashmir preamps, so you’ll record audio in superior quality - all the way up to a 32-bit float bit depth and a 192 kHz sample rate. This newest generation of Sound Devices’ award-winning MixPre Series has been redesigned for increased performance and an astounding 142 dB of dynamic range.

Like all models in the MixPre II Series, the MixPre-10 II now includes a full-featured internal timecode generator and are accurate to better than 0.2 ppm (0.5 frames in 24 hours). When the unit is powered down, the MixPre II Series will maintain accurate timecode for up to four hours, even without batteries or external power. Even with its powerful new features, the MixPre II Series boasts the same small footprint as the first generation.

Relish in the versatility - from recording internally to a compatible SD card on set or stream your podcast over USB to your computer at home. Power with your computer, wall power, or record in the middle of nowhere with AA or Sony L-mount batteries. Adjust limiters, bit depth, sample rates, gain, pan, low-cut, phase inversion and phantom power to your liking. There's even built-in Bluetooth Smart technology for wireless control via Wingman app. Or simply copy files to thumbrive via USB-A. The choice is yours!
