Product Overview
The MixPre-3 has three discrete mic preamps via XLR inputs with 48v phantom powering and a two-channel 3.5mm stereo output. It can record up to five tracks and stream up to three analog inputs + 2-channel mix over USB.
The MixPre-3 accepts time code over 3.5mm or HDMI TC input and records to a removable SD, SDHC or SDX card.
These high-performance, ultra-low-noise, discrete, Kashmir mic preamps were custom-engineered by Sound Devices. The Kashmir mic preamps feature a -130dBV noise floor, analog limiters, and new 32-bit A-to-D converters that ensure quality audio recordings.
The versatile MixPre recorders make excellent USB audio interfaces with the ability to record audio to an SD card while simultaneously streaming multiple channels of audio via USB.
