Product Overview
The ATW-3211/892x is a package that consists of an ATW-R3210 receiver with an ATW-T3201 body-pack transmitter plus a BP892cH micro headset omni condenser microphone.
- The ATW-R3210 Receiver - Features automatic frequency scanning which eliminates the need for manual searching for clear channels, automatically selecting the most appropriate frequency for the systems operating area. The system's 25 kHz frequency spacing enables it to easily find an open frequency in crowded RF environments, while pre-coordinated frequency scan groups simplify selection of usable frequencies in a multichannel wireless system. Once selected, frequencies can be synced with transmitters using the system’s IR sync functionality. The system’s squelch setting can be configured to automatically adjust to maximize range while minimizing potential interference. Advanced digital Tone Lock™ squelch provides enhanced rejection of interference. In addition, the Tone Lock signal from the transmitter also conveys information on the transmitter’s battery condition and mute status back to the receiver for display. The receiver’s dual-mode front panel display can switch between the standard view, which provides continuous indication of RF signal strength, frequency, mute status, audio modulation level of the received signal, and transmitter information, and a performance view, which highlights key metering. Settings can be easily adjusted using the control dial and BACK button located on the receiver’s front panel. Settings are locable to prevent unwanted changes.
- ATW-T3201 Body-pack Transmitter - Comes with a defeatable mute toggle switch which is tactile, allowing for physical confirmation of the mute status when the transmitter display is not visible. It has a multifunction button (also defeatable) that can be programmed to perform one of two functions when pressed and held: (1) turn off RF transmission or (2) switch to a preselected backup frequency to avoid interference. The transmitter has an available input for low-impedance microphone, high-impedance musical instrument or line input. It supplies 5 VDC bias, providing power for condenser microphones. The unit's rugged cH-style screw-down 4-pin input connector provides secure connection to the included BP892xcH mic, as well as other cH-style lavalier mics, headworn mics, and cables (additional models sold separately). The durable metal body-pack transmitter also comes equipped with a field-replaceable whip antenna, OLED screen, and a secure, locking battery compartment door.
- BP892xcH MicroSet® Microphone - Provides the ultimate in low-profile/high-performance audio. It hooks securely behind either ear and delivers clear, accurate sound in an inconspicuous platform that can be worn for hours without fatigue. For maximum comfort and stability, it includes the AT8464x-TH dual-ear adapter kit which converts the MicroSet to a dual-ear-worn configuration. The unit's subminiature omnidirectional condenser capsule offers extremely intelligible and natural audio with flat, extended frequency response that works great for stage and TV talent, lecturers, worship leaders and more. It's engineered to withstand the rigors of day-to-day use, and includes a 55" (1.4m) detachable, field-replaceable cable with a robust connector at the earset end, and in this particular case, terminated with a screw-down 4-pin connector for use with Audio-Technica wireless transmitters that have a cH-style connector (sold separately).
