This virtual license allows you to update your Melodyne license and switching to Melodyne 4 Editor. Consider Melodyne 4 Editor the single-track Melodyne. Melodyne 4 editor offers you all the key Melodyne functions for the correction and creative editing of individual tracks. including DNA Direct Note Access™ for polyphonic audio and ultra-precise tempo-detection and -editing.

As a plug-in, Melodyne can be effortlessly integrated into your projects. Melodyne supports the VST, AU, RTAS and AAX plug-in interfaces and combines seamlessly with all important DAWs.

One particularly user-friendly form of integration takes advantage of our technology ARA Audio Random Access, which allows better communication between the plug-in and the DAW and is currently supported by Apple Logic Pro X, Presonus Studio One, Bandlab Cakewalk/Sonar, Magix Samplitude, Acoustica Mixcraft and Tracktion Waveform. Melodyne can also run as a stand-alone application, linked to your DAW via Rewire if required.

• This upgrade only works for registered/manufacturer qualified users of Melodyne licenses. You won't be able to install and activate this version unless you own the required products.
• Please take note of the following information regarding your Melodyne license and switching to Melodyne 4 editor:
  • Your Melodyne 4 license entitles you to two activations.
  • With the two activations, you can run Melodyne 4 editor on two computers at the same time.
  • If you have activated Melodyne via iLok in the past, Melodyne will automatically transfer one Melodyne 4 activation to your iLok account. Please download it from there to your iLok USB dongle.
  • If you wish to use iLok in future, you can transfer one of your two activations to an iLok account. Attention: for Melodyne 4, you will need iLok 2 or 3.
  • If you have purchased add-on licenses for Melodyne editor 1 or 2, you will receive two additional activations for each of them.
