A member of the 4088 family from DPA Microphones, and one of the clearest, consistent, and most robust miniature mics you'll find, the 4288-DC-F-C00-MH is a brown-colored cardioid headset mic that comes equipped with a 100mm (3.9") boom which will accommodate varying uses and head sizes. In addition, this particular model comes equipped with a MicroDot connector, allowing versatile connection options via DPA's flexible adapter system, which enables compatibility with 3rd-party wireless systems on the market (wireless systems sold separately).

It features a cardioid, directional polar pickup pattern that provides superb off-axis rejection in high-SPL situations, as well as efficient suppression of distant sound sources, making it ideal for demanding live performance environments where feedback, as well as background noise, are concerns.
