Sennheiser SZI 1029-10-US-B 10W IR Emitter Panel for Single, Dual or Multi-channel Use

Sennheiser's SZI 1029-10 is a high-power IR radiator designed (this is the 10 W radiating power version. Note: there is also a 5 W radiating power version -the SZI 1029- available separately) for use with all wideband and narrow-band modulators. It's automatically switched on by the RF carrier and has the capability to cover areas of up to 1600 m² in single-channel operation.

To ensure reliable transmission, it features high-quality GaAlAs transmitting diodes that have been arranged into independent groups. Additionally, it includes a malfunction indicator that's triggered when the radiating power falls by more than 30%.

The SZI 1029-10's higher power is a special asset when covering large halls or auditoriums with high ceilings, especially when large numbers of channels are employed.
