Product Overview

Part of their 4th Generation 3000 Series system lineup, Audio-Technica's ATW-T3201 body-pack transmitter features a defeatable mute toggle switch — and because it's tactile, it provides physical confirmation of the transmitter's mute status in cases where the transmitter's display is out of sight. In addition, it includes a multifunction -and defeatable- button that can be pre-programmed to perform one of two duties when pressed and held: 1) RF transmission cut or 2) preset backup frequency select to help with avoiding interference. An input is available on the transmitter for low-impedance mics, as well as high-impedance musical instrument or line sources.

Please note: a compatible mic is required to enable full functional use of this product, and is sold separately.

The transmitter supplies 5 VDC bias in order to power condenser mics, and its rugged cH-style screw-down 4-pin input connector offers secure connection to cH-style lavalier mics, headworn mics, and cables (all sold separately - refer to the items under the "Accessories" tab above, or contact your Sales Pro). Other features include a durable metal housing, an OLED display screen, a field-replaceable whip antenna, and a secure, locking battery-compartment door.

Compatible A-T Microphones (sold separately):

BP892cH, BP892cH-TH

BP894cH, BP894cH-TH

BP893cH, BP893cH-TH

AT898cH

AT899cH, AT899cH-TH

4th Generation 3000 Series

A frequency-agile series UHF wireless systems that offer rock-solid, latency-free, high-fidelity RF audio performance. Each system offers a 60MHz tuning bandwidth in one of two (2) available frequency bands: DE2, 470.125 – 529.975MHz or EE1, 530.000 – 589.975MHz. These systems feature high-sensitivity, dual-conversion True Diversity operation with silent automatic switching which provides dropout-free performance, easy-to-use controls for quick access to a large range of functions, and an OLED screen for convenient visual indication of settings and operating information.

Features

  • Extremely wide 60MHz UHF tuning bandwidth for maximum versatility in an increasingly congested RF environment
  • Available in two (2) frequency bands: DE2 (470 – 530MHz) and EE1 (530 – 590MHz)
  • Up to 40 simultaneous channels per band (open-range environment with no interfering signals)
  • Unique multifunction button can be used to switch to a backup frequency (on both transmitter and receiver) should interference be encountered
  • Auto Squelch feature automatically adjusts squelch setting to maximize range while minimizing potential interference
  • Frequency scan and IR sync functionality for ease of setup
  • Includes easy-to-read OLED screens
  • Rugged cH-style connector provides secure connection to compatible lavalier mics, headworn mics, and cables with cH-style screw-down 4-pin connector (all sold separately)
  • Features a tactile mute toggle switch (defeatable) for physical confirmation of mute status when transmitter display is not visible
  • Charging terminals work with optional ATW-CHG3 and ATW-CHG3N charging docks to recharge NiMH batteries (all sold separately)
