I usually use wireless mics for the work we do, but I wanted to have one wired mic as a backup. I have the mics, but not a long cable. I was only going to buy one, but this pair of 30 foot cables were only a little more then buying a single cable... so I bought the pair so I'd have a backup. I tired both to just make sure they were working and everything seems to work well.
