Auralex's SFIBER124-CHA is a box of (14) 1" x 24" x 48" Charcoal-colored Sonofiber acoustic treatment panels.

A cost-effective treatment with great acoustical properties, SonoFiber from Auralex Acoustics is the ideal solution for those budget-conscious projects that require a Class A fire-rating, but without the aesthetic demands of designer treatments like fabric-covered panels. It's great for nightclubs, houses of Worship, restaurants, gymnasiums, multi-purpose rooms, as well as any other commercial or industrial environment where aesthetic concerns are secondary when compared to performance and safety. Plus it's also terrific for unfinished metal deck ceilings where common acoustical issues like echo and reverberation exist. Thanks to its flexibility it's easy to install on irregular surfaces, along with filling cavities on corner-spanning panels. Additionally, SonoFiber is best used overhead in locations that are out-of-reach (not in ceiling grids).
