An FM tuner and internet radio that's enabled with Spotify Connect for music streaming, and can play files from USB media or Bluetooth devices, the DN-350I is a great centerpiece for any commercial or home audio system. Blending in seamlessly with complete network operability via Ethernet or wireless LAN, and supporting mp3, WAV or WMA files, it definitely plays well with others. For added compatibility, analog outputs are available via stereo XLR and RCA jacks, while coaxial or optical connections handle the digital output.
The DN-350UI puts thousands of internet radio stations and podcasts at your fingertips, along with terrestrial FM radio and Spotify, for a complete audio entertainment experience.

Internet radio function is super glitchy and skips constantly. No way to add custom streaming URLs to the device locally - you have to use Nuvola cloud portal and register the device with their site. Device has no local web interface for management. You get a jog wheel, an IR remote and that's it. Ended up using a Barix Exstreamer instead, much happier now.

Pros: Excellent CD-quality Internet radio. Sensitive FM tuner with 30 presets. Only 1 RU space. Simple controls. Cons: Very poor Denon tech support. NO INTERNET RADIO PRESETS ACCESSIBLE! The only web radio "preset" is with Last Listened jog dial function, which holds only 10 stations. Nowhere does Denon tell the user that web radio presets are (were) stored online at a 3rd party website, which lost that function 2 months ago. 3 unanswered emails and 2 phone calls to Denon to learn that...absurd!

Thanks, was looking for something like this because of the excellent CD quality but poor software and tech support is a deal breaker for me. 300 buckeroos for this puppy and no speaker balance, what's up with that?
Update: 8/2/19, the 3rd party website that stores internet radio presets was up, https://smartradio.frontier-nuvola.net/portal/devices/connect. However, still can't save any presets because the website asks for the access code for the device, which they say is located in the Help menu. It is not! Only 1 item under Help > Nuvola.link.sr which takes you to the above site. Catch-22. No access code, no presets. Denon support is useless, they say the UI is generated by the site, so they can't help.
