IDX Technology P-V284 ENDURA V-Mount Plate with Dual 2-Pin D-Tap with 8.4V Regulator

Intended to be used with Sony’s HVR series camcorders, the P-V284 V-Plate from IDX features dual 2-Pin D-Taps – one 2-Pin D-Tap serves as the 8.4V (regulated) connection; and a second 2-Pin D-Tap is included for optional accessory power – its unregulated battery throughput voltage output can be as high as 16.8V with IDX Li-Ion batteries.

The P-V284 is made specifically to address many of the major manufacturers’ camera systems with smaller profiles, and this plate was developed for mating IDX’s ENDURA V-Mount Lithium Ion batteries to a wide variety of handheld cameras that do not have a V-Mount style battery lock as standard.

P-V284 Features:

• Allows direct mounting of IDX ENDURA batteries to the back of a wide range of professional 12V cinema cameras (i.e. select Sony, AJA, Panasonic, JVC & Ikegami cameras)
• (1) 50W D-Tap Output (unregulated) available for powering cameras, onboard recorders, lights, monitors, etc.
• (1) 50W D-Tap Output (regulated 8.4V) available for powering select cameras (can be combined with IDX C-SONC cable to power Sony HVR Series Cameras)
• Able to be mounted onto the IDX A-CP (A), TA-CA2 or anyother mounting plates on industry standard rail systems
• Multiple mounting holes for universal camera connection
• Digital battery capacity data from the ENDURA ELITE and E-HL9 can be transferred through the P-V2 to compatible viewfinders found in most cameras. For accuracy and detail, remaining capacity is shown in steps of 1%
• Precise tooling and high-grade components enhance a design that offers a secure lock onto the battery for an exact fit connecting the mount’s power terminals
• Pre-wired power connectors fitted as standard, eliminating the need for manual screw connection
