Audio-Technica ATW-C6100 5000 Series Hypercardioid Mic Capsule based on AE6100

The ATW-C6100, a 5000 Series hypercardioid dynamic vocal capsule, is based on Audio-Technica's popular, industry-respected AE6100 handheld model (sold separately), but is here featured in an interchangeable capsule form. It's engineered for seamlessly use with compatible A-T handheld transmitters, although its industry-standard thread enables use with other compatible handheld transmitters as well (all transmitters sold separately - see below for A-T model compatibility)

About the Audio-technica AE6100

An Artist Elite hypercardioid dynamic vocal microphone that produces clean articulation along with fast transients and high-output, assertive sound for the uncompromising vocalist. Its polar pattern is tailored for outstanding on-axis response, as well as maximum feedback rejection. For ultimate protection against vocal plosives, its hardened-steel outer grille is lined with a fine steel mesh along with a layer of open-cell foam, plus a foam disk positioned on top of the element assembly provides the final layer of “pop” protection.
